chinwei18 - except December 24th wasn't the birth day of jesus it was traditionally teh brth date of the Roman God Mithras. It was adopted by the early church as a means to take over the traditional roman festival that accompanied it. fell free t pray to Mithras though. I'm sure he'd be very pleased to hear from you...

12 o'clock (noon, not midnight) on Jesus birthday (december 24th) all christians will pray a prayer and wish HIM a happy birthday, and thank HIM for all he has done! copy and past to another movie to let the whole world know! dont do it if you think you have to!but if everyone's going to pray at the same time we cant all do it 12 o'clock.. it's 12 o'clock New York time.. find out when that is in your country! rdpollock - I was talking about the old testament where it states that killing homosexuals is what god wants. I think I made that clear.You're comparison between killing children and being gay is really quote appalling. (unless the children were disobeying their parents in which case both old and new testaments order them murdered so no problem). Christians may justify the killing of children but gays prefer going for a quiet drink and maybe a drag show. How wicked of them!

This notion, that all sin has a genetic basis, easily sets homosexuality on the same field with all the other sins, and does not somehow exempt it from the discussion by virtue of inheritability. And by the way, God is not a murderer. God gives life and He is justified in taking it away. You are weakly trying to judge God on the basis of Law that He created for us. And no, this does not make God a hypocrite, it makes Him God. So just deal with the fact that He is more powerful.

Allow me to make my point with an example. It has been found that in many mammal species, there is a genetic linker for certain, "immoral" behaviors. For example, in male lions, there is a specific genetic inheritance for males to kill cubs of new females that they take into their pride. Such an act would be considered immoral by Christian standards. Well, there is no reason to believe that there arent these same genes for theft, murder, dishonesty, and homosexuality.

Where in the New Testament are homosexuals ordered to be murdered? I think you are working from some exaggerations here. Also, the majority of the Christian faith does believe that homosexuality is immoral and is a sin to practice. And I really don't see what the big problem is with this.
