I'm not sure you understand how insurance works.

I hate big brother, I was pissed at first. But I think it's not that bad of an idea. They do it anyways, without computers. I got pulled over once the cop said 'We have been watching you.' So he watches a car, spots a stolen one, one without insurance, not a problem to me. Kruxx21B said there are far worse civil rights violations, I agree with him.I was shocked it was in B.C. I thought the USA has the BIg Brother thing down alot 'better' then us.

This/similar systems are already in use in the USA, by many law enforcement agencies. This particular video only focuses on one system used in Canada.

While insurance may or may not be a royal screwjob, the fact is, if it's illegal to be on the road without it, you can be prosecuted. Don't do something illegal, and you won't be. There are far worse civil rights violations than a cop checking your license plate.

the laws mandating insurance are a complete scam perpetrated on the people by a government collusion with the insurance companies... if the government is going to mandate that I have to buy insurance to drive my car at least mandate that the insurance company has to refund my money if I never file a claim.

What sense of privacy do you expect to have driving on a publicly funded, operated, maintained, and trafficked road?? |
