i was replying to Fathomthepower.he complained that one of the greatest albums of all time was made by "loafing stoners" because it took 2 years to complete (or at least 2 years since their previous album)that is why i pointed out that Kid A and in rainbows, both fantastic albums, took longer than dark side of the moon

421, I'm afraid your point isn't valid. the music industry was worlds different then from now. radioheading321 is right, both ground breaking bands for their generation, that's as far as the comparision can go.

how long did in rainbows take?ok comp was released in 97; kid A in 2000. thats three yearsand dark side of the moon was in the top 200 best selling albums for 14 years.
