How come when we got to say Africa they werent working on oil rigs, driving cars, flying aeroplanes?Because their cultures were inferior and as such they didnt know how to use their own resources or even know many of them were even there.European and British culture IS the modern world.We've all been on the world the same time even though some Africans still wear grass skirts and Arabs curtains.Europe MADE the world.Africans starve because they wont stop breeding.
