its WAY too fragile and junky, you can get a better model from a different company, for less... people buy this because its the EASIEST one to get a hold of... but all in all inversion tables help me a lot for my back...

Right after 25 mins, she says there are a lot of benefits that they aren't allowed to discuss on air..... What could those things possibly be? That is the strangest thing. Kind of makes me think of the crazy stuff reflexologists or chiropractors claim.

Yeah, good point and it passes that test with flying colors. I even moved around while totally inverted and it holds up perfectly.

Please make sure you're checking the strength of the frame and stability since you will be hanging upside down. As Roger Teeter says in the video, there's no mandatory testing for these devices.HSN Shopping Diva
