In recent years the Orcs have begun to release themselves from the Demons' corruption, and rekindle their ancient, noble traditions.

Well, they ARE morons. Peons are supposed to be the failures of the Orcish society. So dumb and so clumsy that they are useless for warfare or shammanism. So they use them for heavy labor.And even then they need "motivation" in the form of a booterang.Those who play WoW will know what I am talking about. :D
