Oh and in I think it was Haiti there was a military coup and ALL american companies were closed. Amway reopened as soon as possible after that was cleaned up. No other "shut downs" that I'm aware of, and still running in 90+ countries and territories.

ROFL! and he opens his mouth and removes all doubt ...Amway has not been shut down in ANY country. In South Korea it was shut down temporarily in the 80s due to a dispute with competitors. South Korea is now Amway's 2nd or 3rd biggest market. In Chine ALL direct selling companies were shut down and required to get relicenced. Amway was 2nd to get a licence and now sells over $2 billion there. That's about it. Where do you get this stuff? Do you just make it up as you go along or what?
