i think it's about war and how we're all attacking eachother (brothers). Just expressing that war is pointless, really. you're just killing one of your own kind where we all should just live as brothers but yet we live as different people (And we have just one worldBut we live in different ones)But that's my take on it and I'm probably wrong >_>

Don't know about a 1990s show, but it was featured in a memorable episode of The West Wing. The song plays while President Bartlett (Martin Sheen) walks in a thunderstorm to a news conference at which he announces whether he will seek re-election.
