Obtaining the National Master title requires a USCF rating of 2200 or better. The Grandmaster title requires a FIDE rating of 2500 or better in addition to obtaining 3 Grandmaster norms.

your right i didnt see that and i check the all the move and opponnent actuly did all the best move and ther was no way that he wasnt gona be fork at the end great game

I believe he gave up his queen so as to prolong the game. Qb7 would be met with a checkmate in 3 moves, namely Rf2+ Re2 QxR+ K-(first rank)R-f1 ++.

y at the end he give up his queen for your rook y doesnt he just move to b7 still defending the rook but doesnt loose his queen |
