That's just what we need for those cold northwestern Minnesota days while hunting on State land seeing as we can't build permanent stands there. Nothing is worse than sitting up in a portable tree stand when the temp is in the teens and the wind is blowing about 40mph and it is snowing.

that looks so awesome except the deer and bear might notice and the metal is kind of clanky but its an awesome idea specially for older people

I have an uncle that built a stand that attaches to the winch on his 4-wheeler and that's how he raises and lowers it. It gouse up about 18 feet and has braces to lock it in place once it's up. He can take the 4-wheeler anywhere and set it up so it appears to be much more mobile and when fully raised it is straight up from the 4-wheeler giving it a much better balance.

People bitch way too much! I think this is a great idea. My papa has parkensens and cant get in a stand, something like this would be great for him. keep thinking of great stuff man.
