I think I should know he's dead (I'm 46 and grew up listening to Zep)so if he died I think I would have heard of it right? It was everywher in the Rock & Roll news.(BUT for your info) I had run out of letters or I would have added two more to my comment.(they are Jr.) His son has sat in on drums since dad's death since they all started playing again together.

Always loved um too.Just now going back and buying the cd's I have on Lp and ROCKING OUT to um.(anyway)If you saw the tribute/tour when Ian sat in for Morrison he was perfect as the "Lizzard King" (so much so they asked The Cult to open for um then Ian would sing foor The Doors too.He had grown his hair back abit too so the look was there)But now Page/Jones/Bonham want to tour/record again but Plant doesn't.Want's to do mellow stuff now.They've tryed a few out but I think Ian would be perfect.
