probably figured this out by now but typing in inversion table in the youtube search the top one is a guy saying it helps a lot when he's on his back, but getting back up is tough for him. I want one of these! No back pain I just want to decompress and help relax.

You actually have one? Im curious I have tried just about everything, next is the needle in my back and then surgery. Nothing else is working, usually I just feel stiff. I have arthritis in my back and 2 herniatted dics

I have one of these tables. It's really nice when ur back feels stiff, you just hang for a few minutes and u feel way better afterwards
